The Sandhill Cranes migrate to the central region of California in late fall-early winter each year. I always go out to see them around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years because I usually have a few extra days off around these times. Sometimes we will get a nice sunrise or sunset to capture their silhouettes.
