North Lake is one of a few lakes along Highway 168 near Aspendell (south west of Bishop). North Lake has really nice opportunities for color if you hit it at the right time. This shot was taken when the color hadn't reached it's peak yet. The road to get there is narrow, gravel, and steep, so plan accordingly.
